I took my daughter here to fix a bad cut she had gotten done earlier that day from another place. The woman who I took my daughter to first earlier that day messed her hair up so much & cut it so short I wasn't sure how or even if the bad cut could be fixed. But I do have to say that the lady at cutting crew who tackled this job was saddened by the disaster but was able to fix my daughter's hair in a way that looked really well. My daughter was happy with the outcome. Well, maybe I shouldn't say happy. But she was pleased that the woman was able to help turn the disaster into something that wasn't so awful.

Stacy is kind, patient, talented, professional...and gives the best damn zero buzz cut in the area. Rock on my Gen X sista! She squeezed me in as a walk-in, for which I'm truly grateful.

I was there early, first haircut. There was only one stylist there and 15 minutes into my haircut. Another customer came in demanding to book an appointment without regard to my getting a cut. My stylist handled it nicely, but that women who just started demanding immediate attention was very rude and KAREN like. Told her, too. That's why only 4 stars not 5..

Book with Alli if you can, she's amazing. My BF and I got a cut with her, we both agree this is the best hair cut we ever got! We both had put off getting our hair done for a couple years but finally decided enough was enough and booked an appointment here. Alli worked miracles on our hair and had us both feeling and looking great when we left :D

I went to my other hair cutting place in same plaza and my hair cut lady was not around on that day. So I came to cutting crew and Aubrie took me. She did a fantastic clip job on my hair. Took her time. So I recommend you want a good hair cut stop in there. It's at end of plaza by PetSmart.

She asked me questions to determine the best services for me, and I was very pleased with the results. A salon is just a business, but the staff is what makes the experience memorable. Amanda is a great hairdresser and a wonderful person. She listens intently to what you want done & does just that, not want she wants. This location is unbelievably fantastic, I highly recommend seeing these ladies. Logan did a wonderful job on my haircut/ styling deep conditioning treatment and eyebrow waxing. I can't wait to come back. I was seen in a very timely manner with little to no waiting on Labor Day weekend. I am incredibly grateful for such a wonderful experience & I can't wait to return. In addition, Kate did a wonderful job on my husband's haircut and beard trim as well. We both enjoy her wonderful mannerism and personality and her passion for her job, she does a fantastic job. I called last minute to see if I could get a haircut, and they let me set up an appointment for that day. When I got there, the staff was super friendly, and they took me back right away. The hairstylist listened to everything I wanted done to my hair and even asked if I wanted it blowed dried and styled. Cutting crew was a life saver, especially because I needed my hair done for a wedding, and they went above and beyond to give me the hair cut I needed! I would definitely recommend going to Cutting crew If you ever need anything last minute or just need a hair cut, they do accept walkins but sometimes get busy (when I was there only 2 girls were working) but they were making sure every customer that walked in was satisfied with what they needed done. I definitely will be going back for many more haircuts!

I live in Weedsport, NY and drive to Oswego to have Carol work on my hair. I’m usually a pretty lengthy appointment as I have really thick hair (anywhere from 2-3 hours). I usually get highlights, a cut and a lot of thinning out done! I’ve been seeing Carol since the late 90’s. Carol has been cutting my hair for 25 years now! I used to see her in Fulton before Cutting Crew moved to Oswego. Carol is very knowledgeable when it comes to hair styles, perms, tools, product etc. She always does professional work and is extremely thorough while coloring and cutting my hair. I’d highly recommend The Cutting Crew. All the woman who work there are very personable and friendly. They take their time and they care about all hairstyles. I’ve never received a bad haircut. Also, I take my two little boys here to get their haircuts because they do such a thorough job. I wouldn’t recommend any other hair salon.

I went in to see Norah I was able to be seen quick no wait time. Everyone was very professional. I was very pleased with my hair and the way Norah treated me. She asked me multiple times if I was ok and comfortable and if anything was bothering me. Norah guided me and showed me what I need to do next with my hair and helped me select a hair product. I will be returning and she’s going to be busy with me booking!!
