Savannah handled my hair today, I called 10 minutes after they opened and Savannah was right on it. She adjusted her schedule to squeeze me in and it worked out perfectly. She was kind, respectful, and handled my hair carefully and patiently. When I TELL YOU no one has ever done my hair as good as she did! I am so grateful to have a beautiful result and get what I want. If you want to leave with a smile on your face and a huge confidence boost request Savannah!!☺️ I have waited years in between getting my hair done because of all the negative experiences I have had at other salons but Savannah was so great I've decided to set myself up to go every 3 months. My husband, Kile, ALWAYS asks for DAWN. My husband always comes home from the Cutting Crew and has amazing stories of how pleasant, professional and incredible Dawn is. He will wait until Dawn is available so that he can get his "man cut". He always tells her to "cut it short" and she obliges. We have been married 30 years and he is not a "talker", but always mentions how professional and what a good job she does. He makes his appointments via phone and always arrives "early" and is usually taken right away. He loves that. This is a great salon with wonderful people and superb management. I can't imagine the amount of nonsense that hairdressers have to endure, but they always seem to do it with a smile and you always feel good when you leave and look good. You really can't ask for more. Excellent place.

Sarina did my haircut and color along with a conditioning treatment, and everything turned out amazing. She always listens to what I want while making great suggestions. My hair looks fresh and natural and feels so soft and healthy after the conditioning treatment. Sarina is friendly, professional, and makes the whole appointment enjoyable, overall. The salon is always clean and welcoming, and I leave feeling very happy with my hair every appointment. Highly recommend Sarina, but the entire “crew” is amazing!

Let my hair grow for a few years and hadn’t been here since the rebrand. Made an appointment, came in and was done in about 20 minutes. Willow gave me the absolute perfect cut I wanted from just one reference pic. Will def be back here next time 👍

i had a haircut done and i was very un happy with it and i thought it could never be fixed. i asked my friend if she knew any other places that specialize in layers, and shaggy looks. she recommend cutting crew. i didn’t even hesitate and called them right away and had the pleasure of speaking with nicole, i told her my experience and asked if she could help make this haircut look any better. she felt the sadness in my voice and told me to come down as soon as i could and she’d help me right away. i got to cutting crew at about 1:45 and nicole got right to work, she helped me feel and look the way i wanted. thank you to her because i really didn’t know what to do. great experience and it was my first time there. highly reccomend.

Was in a few days ago as I was in dire need of a haircut; made an appointment with Chloe who was able to get started on me a few minutes before my set time. Took off 3-4 inches, and it looks so much better! Also really enjoyed the vibe made by the LEGO botanicals

I also leave Lemon Tree very satisfied but I do miss my hairdresser Ashley very much she was a amazing hairdresser but she to leave because she got sick but she would never let me leave the salon unless everything was like perfect. She was a perfect perfectionist and I loved them. She always made me look really good. I miss her but the other women at Lemon Tree I’ve had different ones cut my hair and they’re all very talent.

Galicia is very nice and has a fantastic, quick eye for your hair. By the second day, you see your your hair shaped in a nice composition. And you wonder how did she do that so quickly?!

Jewel was amazing. Came in for a cut on my overgrown curly hair and gave her reference photos of a pretty daring cut. She took the time to ask questions and make sure we were doing things the way I wanted and had great attention to detail in order to layer properly. I love the gals and the service at Lemon Tree in Naugatuck. (And Lisa and Amy are fabulous!) The shop moved recently and is bright and clean and spacious but the floor is disgusting. The floor was not properly installed over the cement which has resulted in unevenness (a trip hazard) and glue seeping through the seams which has accumulated cut hair all over the floor resulting in the floor looking filthy. So sad to see a great new facility compromised by dirty looking floors! Please, get the floor guys to fix this before someone trips and falls!

Got my hair dyed yesterday and Heather did me so good. I came in as a platinum blonde and left with something better than I could imagine. She was so kind and didn’t rush, even when we had to do a second round of dye on my roots after it didn’t show up the first time. I am obsessed with my hair. Thank you Heather❤️!!!

I had an appointment with Jewel and she nailed it! I don’t ever know how to describe the cut I always get because I forget. She was patient, kind, and understanding. She gave me exactly what I wanted! She even made a suggestion on a new addition of layers that would help my curls pop more. She nailed it! I’m so glad I trusted her. I’m someone who is really particular about how my hair is parted and what I like it to look like each day, combined with a low maintenance routine. She met me exactly where I was at with those expectations :)! It had been about 8 months since my last haircut and she had me good as new in about 30-45 minutes. I’ve been going here for years, I havent met someone like Laura in idk how long. She is truly a gem. Made my mess of a hair into something im so proud of after four years. She’s stuck w me like glue!!!! Thank god for her existence! 🥹

Kelly did an AMAZING job on my hair! It was exactly what I wanted and she was so sweet, even the other hairdressers were nice 😊 It was a little more than half the price it would've been elsewhere too. Definitely will be coming back for the touchups in the future! (Its so funny that I knew her nephew as well, such a small world)

Went in with my very long salt/pepper hair and had a perm. Amy cut about 6” off n permed me!!! I wanted to be able to wear curls up n around my face to wear on a cruise!! She did a fabulous job n fast! She is very pleasant and shares so much w you that would be good or bad n help u decide on what u want. She is a sweetheart!!!!

In Hornell for 4th of July weekend and needed a hair cut. Haley at Cutting Crew gave me the best hair cut I've had in years. Usually my cutters struggle with my many cowlicks but she was perfect. Place is clean and spacious. Highly recommend.

Leah, Is a fantastic hairdresser and manager. She has really turned Cutting Crew store around and brought in more hairstylist which they needed. By advertising, word of mouth and good service Leah has increased the clientele that comes into CUTTING CREW. . She’s doing outstanding job and I can’t say enough about her. My daughter and I also loved our haircuts and highlights we get done every 6-7 weeks and will continue to use her. Way to go Leah keep up the great work! The customer service that you offer is amazing because you go above and beyond and I really appreciate it. Thank you so much!! I hope you stay there because they have had so many mangers leave there. Professional Friendly and clean!

Carol has cut my hair handfuls of times and the way she does brows is top tier! I love the atmosphere and my hair always turns out amazing!! Thank you Carol!!

When I had my appointment I was helped amazingly by Nicole and given nothing but the best treatment. I even took my papa to get his hair done a week later and he was given the absolute best treatment as well.

So I am very nerves when it comes to my hair I don’t trust many people but .. Absolutely loved my stylist!! She did a fantastic job!! And the one who did my eyebrows!! Sooo satisfying with the service. First time here and will definitely come back again!

Men’s haircut , did a decent job

Very good place! The few times I was there was great! Anthony was my stylist and he was amazing! Hes straightforward with everything dosent try to beat around the bush, hes very fun to talk to when getting your hair done and he also does what you want done with your hair. Hes amazing i reccomend this place! 10/10

The cutting Crew is the most amazing place that I've ever been I've traveled the entire world I have 24 golden platinums I have a television series that's been on for 68 weeks I have a prominent podcast place and this is the first place I've ever been to that has such amazing service phenomenal coloring the personalities the crew the ambiance is just outstanding excellent and the prices are amazing they should be charging twice the amount that they're asking for I'm so thrilled and I'll be proud if the rest of you said Uncle Red sent me.
