Savannah handled my hair today, I called 10 minutes after they opened and Savannah was right on it. She adjusted her schedule to squeeze me in and it worked out perfectly. She was kind, respectful, and handled my hair carefully and patiently. When I TELL YOU no one has ever done my hair as good as she did! I am so grateful to have a beautiful result and get what I want. If you want to leave with a smile on your face and a huge confidence boost request Savannah!!☺️ I have waited years in between getting my hair done because of all the negative experiences I have had at other salons but Savannah was so great I've decided to set myself up to go every 3 months. I always have a wonderful experience at Cutting Crew in Lockport, NY and I won’t go anywhere else! Sarina did my haircut and color along with a conditioning treatment, and everything turned out amazing. She always listens to what I want while making great suggestions. My hair looks fresh and natural and feels so soft and healthy after the conditioning treatment. Sarina is friendly, professional, and makes the whole appointment enjoyable, overall. The salon is always clean and welcoming, and I leave feeling very happy with my hair every appointment. Highly recommend Sarina, but the entire “crew” is amazing!

So I’ve always been scared to have anyone really touch my hair being that I have natural really curly hair, but I finally decided to trust someone and I’m happy I did ! Jewel did a fabulous job on my hair. I had it dyed, deep conditioned, cut and styled and I loved every part about it ! She took her time with me and explained everything she was doing for my first time having my hair done at a salon ! I really appreciated that part thank you Jewel for the best kind of experience I could have gotten for my first time, I will be back ! ☺️

I've been going to Cutting Crew for many years and have had several different stylists. I have always gotten a great haircut. Sarina manager and stylist gave me my last haircut along with cleaning up my beard. Sarina did a wonderful job and I was happy with how I looked afterwards. I highly recommend Cutting Crew.

Jewel was amazing. Came in for a cut on my overgrown curly hair and gave her reference photos of a pretty daring cut. She took the time to ask questions and make sure we were doing things the way I wanted and had great attention to detail in order to layer properly. I loved the end result and am very happy I came here.

I went in for just a trim and I was so happy with how Sarina blended my ends and made them look. They used to look frayed out and she rounded my hair. I absolutely love it. Definitely recommend. I almost forgot she did an amazing job waxing my eyebrows. Thank you!!! Will definitely be back!

I had an appointment with Jewel and she nailed it! I don’t ever know how to describe the cut I always get because I forget. She was patient, kind, and understanding. She gave me exactly what I wanted! She even made a suggestion on a new addition of layers that would help my curls pop more. She nailed it! I’m so glad I trusted her. I’m someone who is really particular about how my hair is parted and what I like it to look like each day, combined with a low maintenance routine. She met me exactly where I was at with those expectations :)! It had been about 8 months since my last haircut and she had me good as new in about 30-45 minutes. Big props. 10/10 for Jewel, I appreciate you!
