I had my hair cut by Michelle on Monday. My husband and I are leaving for our vacation and I needed my hair cut. Michelle always cuts my hair because she is the ABSOLUTE BEST at it. That's not the only reason both my husband Kile and I always go to the Cutting Crew in Huntingdon Valley. There are many, but I will try hard to hit the high lights. This place is run by the best management of any salon I have ever had occasion to go to. If I call to make an appointment, I am never put on hold, they answer right away. They make the appointment immediately and I always get a text with a follow up in the event I get too busy and forget. It takes a second and I confirm. Easy Peasy. My husband goes to Dawn and won't go anywhere else. She is pleasant, proficient and professional. As far as Michelle, she is the best at my perm (and I am touchy about it). She always gets it right and if I make an appointment for a light trim, she will look at it and tell me whether I need to do it that day or wait a week before our vacation. THAT is the sign of a professional. She doesn't just try to "up sell" because I want something. She IS THE PROFESSIONAL...... I am not. And.......she's always right. I always love the way she cuts my hair and definitely love the way she does my perms. Your organization would do well to make sure you keep people like Michelle and Dawn. True pros in every sense of the word. WELL DONE. AGAIN.

I always have an amazing experience at Cutting Crew...coming here feels like seeing family. Kathy always knows what I want and is creative when I need something different. In a pinch Kyrsten and Dawn are also super creative when Kathy is booked and I am in a pinch. Lisa at the front desk is the glue that makes this place run smoothly. Thank you to all here!

My husband, Kile, ALWAYS asks for DAWN. My husband always comes home from the Cutting Crew and has amazing stories of how pleasant, professional and incredible Dawn is. He will wait until Dawn is available so that he can get his "man cut". He always tells her to "cut it short" and she obliges. We have been married 30 years and he is not a "talker", but always mentions how professional and what a good job she does. He makes his appointments via phone and always arrives "early" and is usually taken right away. He loves that. This is a great salon with wonderful people and superb management. I can't imagine the amount of nonsense that hairdressers have to endure, but they always seem to do it with a smile and you always feel good when you leave and look good. You really can't ask for more. Excellent place.
