I love th haircut so much the lady there did it so perfect and smooth it took like 10-20 mins not so much an it was so so so cheap like 26.50$ for a butterfly haircut and it turned out so good! Go there it's so good

Although all I wanted was a simple "cut about 6 inches off", Natalie did a great job. I was able to relax to a nice head massage shampoo, cut, and blow dry. Thanks Natalie!

Staff is friendly, Pam cuts my hair and she is great and the wait isn't that long if there is one....if you need a quick cut head on down I'd say.

I love my hairstylists Jen, but the new manager there cut her hours to only 2 days a week!! Fridays and Saturdays!! So if I want my hair done before the weekend this is really inconvenient! And she has been there 5 yrs! Not fair to her either!

So far no problems with this location. I've been going here for about 3 years. The last stylist that cut my hair was Jesse & she did a great job. She was very patient, professional, informative, & accomadating. I highly recommend her. Usually everyone is very nice.

I brought my twins here for haircuts prior to school starting back up. This place is amazing. I don't remember the names of the awesome ladies that cut my boys hair, but they did great. Patient with me and super nice to the kids. Very friendly, very professional. The last time I took my kids for a hair cut we went to "Great Clips" or something, when they first opened in Derby. What a nightmare. One of my twins refused a haircut because his brothers hair was really not done well. Didn't do the edging like I asked. Didn't understand what I wanted (fade) and left his face and neck a mess. He literally had hair falling off his nose in clumps. I was so angry. So, I was worried about the cutting crew. I am no longer worried. They have earned me as a regular customer now. They made my boys feel comfortable and they were happy as well as mom.

They're very accommodating. Amber is great with my highlights and Jess is excellent with kids , especially mine.

I always get a good haircut at Cutting Crew. My favorite stylist is Jess. She takes the time to know what you want and what looks good on you.

I've never had any trouble here, though I'm a guy and I always go for the Monday $12 special & it's pretty hard to mess that up. The staff are pleasant and quick; the Monday special is the least expensive haircut I've seen for years & I like the job they do. The ladies' special is on Tuesday, but be sure to ask your stylist about the details. It can get crowded on the special days - I've found early-mid afternoons are best, like 1:30-3:00.

I have used two locations for this franchise and have found the price is not fixed.......it seems to vary at the whim of the stylist. I have found a more fixed price on "Ladies Day" on Tuesday.....$14.95. The same services have cost me as much as $20 other times. I was never able to figure out why it was $5.00 more. My favorite stylist in Ansonia is Lillian. No matter how much time transpires between my visits, she always seems to give me the exact cut I want every time......never too short or too long. She is courteous and pleasant and I enjoy watching her work so professionally. I wish there was a way to compliment her to her superiors.
