Hello! Summer is almost here, and as we move towards an ease of covid restrictions, I would like to take this opportunity to thank each of you for your hard work and dedication during the past 15 months. I want to personally express my gratitude and appreciation for everything that you've done and continue to do every day to help us manage through the pandemic; I know it hasn't been easy. Now that we have reached the stage where we can start to take our masks off, we can begin to look ahead to our future.

To accommodate the need to make appointments, we had to change our point of sale system from Super Salon to Boulevard. I am happy to report that we recently completed the rollout of Boulevard in all salons. This new system should make your jobs easier and add convenient online booking and other features for our clients. I am also excited to announce that we will be making a big commitment to you and your salon during the next year as we have plans to convert all salons to our Lemon Tree brand. During our 57 years in the salon industry, we've "refreshed" our brand name several times, from Style Rite to Le Salon, Gentry, and Cutting Crew. Converting all salons to the Lemon Tree Hair Salon brand will give each salon an update as well as streamline marketing and operations. More details to come.

One of the biggest challenges of Covid has been the need to adapt to constantly changing guidelines. Recently, the CDC updated its guidance on wearing masks. In an attempt to comply with the current CDC along with each state's guidance, we've adapted the mask policy outlined below. Please contact our Director of Operations, Dawn Sperry, or your Senior Salon Manager with any questions.

I also want to remind you of our stylist and manager referral program. Simply put, you can earn up to $100 a month if you refer a stylist or manager who we hire. Contact Chris or Latasha for details.
